Pre-Press Department
Kumar Offset Printers has a modern pre press department that is operated by an experienced team of employees. Clients have 3 active work stations for receiving files, impositioning and computer work according to job requirements. Kodak colour proofing system for client approval before plate production.
Aussetter Thermal CTP system from Amsky, which ensures sharpness and detail in printing, long run length and avoids potential losses in quality that may occur during the exposure. The newest in Delhi for producing plates directly from the computer at the highest speed and quality. A central computer network that enables recieving files in varied ways for clients convinience.
Offset Printing Department
An advanced printing setup that uses the most advanced technologies. The department specializes in producing highest quality jobs and projects.
Our plant has 1 modern Komori Enthrone 20 X 30 4 color sheet machines.
One Heidelberg 20 X 28.5 with 4 colors, two Heidelberg machines with singe color, one machine with 4 colors Heidelberg 28 X 40.
All machines are new and computerized for high quality results.
At Kumar Offset Printers we print quality prints with the highest technology machines, in process and additional special Pantone colors.
Bindery Department
A wide variety of MBO folding machines for full and half sheet, for all types of foldings. Centre pin staple binding machine with 7 stations from Muller Martini with online cutting. We have six clamp perfect binding machine with online cover creasing for seamless book production. Two Aster fully automatic stitching machine and one three - knife cutting machine - Wohlenberg.
Making all jobs: binding, finishing, cutting, stapling and folding using modern machines for accurate results.
Lamination
We have one thermal lamination machine with online cutting - Daya for gloss and matt lamination. We also have one BOPP - Daya.
